I have over twenty years of experience of working with adults and young people in education and as a running coach. As a trainee sport and exercise psychologist I have worked with clients ranging from athletes competing for GB to individuals wanting to change a sedentary lifestyle . As a graduate member of the British Psychological Society my work is fully supervised and follows the BPS code of ethical practice.
